Got 30 minutes? Grab your heavy kettlebell for this 30 minute workout. This workout is titled 5 Minutes of Bliss because you are working as hard as you can for a maximum of five minutes.

So, lace up your shoes, map out a short run route, dust off your kettlebell, and get ready for this 30 minute workout. Again, don’t worry. It’s only 5 minutes at a time.

5 Minutes of Bliss

You have three stations that you will be working through. The goal is to complete the exercises listed as fast as possible with good form. You have a maximum of five minutes for each station. Once you work your way through all three, start over and complete round 2.


.30 Mile Run

#2 – Reps = 5

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Thrusters
  • Squat and Pulls
  • x5

#3 – Reps = 5

  • Chest to Floor Burpees
  • OMG Lunges {jump lunge + squat jump}
  • Dive Bombers or Pike Push ups
  • x3
