I must really be getting into the Christmas spirit these days.  Lately, the blog has been centered around the holidays, and I’m good with that.  December is one of my favorite months at Fixed on Fitness.  It’s full of brand new workouts, challenges, and some old favorites that only come out during the holidays.

Today’s workout is one of the “old favorites” and a great Christmas workout.  It gets freshened up every year, but we have been doing some version of The Advent Calendar since December 2009.  

The Advent Calendar

If you aren’t into the Christmas workout, you can do this workout during any month.  It will still be tough, and you’ll still get a great workout.  As you go, you should start to remember the exercise that comes next since we only have five exercises listed today.

The number on the “calendar” is your rep count.

You Won’t Look At Your Calendar The Same

We aren’t promising chocolate at the end of this workout.  I’m guessing you will take a second look at that Advent Calendar hanging in your house once you finish our version.
