Welcome to the last Monday of December. Now that January is staring at us head on, most of us are starting to think about our goals, resolutions, and intentions for 2020. This week, I am walking you through my goal setting strategy for 2020.

What will you shoot to accomplish over the next 365 days? How will you make a difference this year? What will you change from last year?

I love goals. I enjoy setting them, and I love accomplishing them. Before I get to work, I always make sure that the goals I have set are the “right” goals for me. Then, I get my plan in place and start taking action. Check out this week’s Mindset Monday as I walk through my goal setting strategy for 2020.
