Raise your standard. Have you thought about the standard you set for yourself? In this week’s Mindset Monday, I’m diving into identity, standards, and habits.

See, we act according to who we believe we are. This identity is the driving force behind what we do. Once we nail down our identity, we must make sure our standard reflects that identity. Finally, we must make our habits match our standards.

Take a listen this week as I explore this topic and encourage you to raise your standard.

Raise your standard.

As you begin to craft your identity and develop your standards and habits, here are a few questions that might help you :

What is an area you want to work on? Define it.

What is your life currently like in this area? Describe it in detail.

What habits have put you there?

What exactly do you want your life to look like in this area? Be specific and as detailed as possible.

What habits will help you get there? Think of small things that you can do daily to move you in the direction you want to go.

It’s time. You’re ready.

You don’t need to be comfortable. It’s time to make the changes you want to make. You are ready to step out. Take action. You already have every tool you need.
