Do you desire an abundant life? If so, does your mindset match your desire? So often, we get caught in the trap of scarcity. We focus on what we don’t have instead of all the opportunities in front of us. It’s time to start living with a mindset of abundance so that we can take full advantage of the life we have.
Our thoughts become our actions. It’s so important to evaluate and change the thoughts going through our mind so that we can go from striving to thriving. Let’s dump the scarcity mindset so that we can start living abundantly.
Scarcity vs. Abundance
In today’s Mindset Monday, I’m diving into a few different scenarios where we see thoughts of scarcity come to the surface. These areas are things like energy, time, and ability. If we are focused on our shortcomings, it’s very easy to get stuck. When we flip the switch and begin to focus on abundance and opportunity, things change.
It’s time to evaluate.
It’s time to sit down and really listen to your thoughts. What are you telling yourself when you wake up in the morning? Are you constantly focused on the time that you don’t seem to have? Do your thoughts reflect a mindset of scarcity or a mindset of abundance?
Regardless of where you find yourself right now, you have the ability to create a life of abundance. You weren’t made to be average. I believe each and every single one of us was created for something great. If you continue to focus on the things you didn’t do well, the things you don’t ever seem to get done, or the time you think you don’t have, it’s going to be tough to tap into your potential.
I hope that you have a great Monday. If you haven’t set your goals and intentions for 2020, make sure you take a listen to my goal setting strategy for this year. You can find it here.
